How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every signup starts with 14 days of full, Pro-level access — no credit card, no plan to pick up front. Your shop is private while you build it out. When the trial ends, you choose a paid plan or stay on the Free tier. Either way your shop keeps running — nothing gets shut off.
What happens when my trial ends?
You pick the plan that fits, or you drop to the Free tier automatically. The Free tier is a real, working shop — one location, one seat, the basics. You are never cut off and you never lose your data.
Why a flat monthly rate instead of a per-sheet fee?
The standalone gang sheet apps install free and then take a cut of every sheet your customers build — that scales against you the busier you get. Kohezn charges a flat monthly subscription instead, so the gang sheet builder, production, wholesale, and your storefront are all one product and the margin on every sheet stays yours.
How do payments and processing rates work?
Kohezn Payments (backed by Stripe) handles every card transaction across your storefront, POS, and wholesale portal, so sales, refunds, and payouts reconcile in one place. You pay a card processing rate that improves as you move up tiers — from 3.4% + 30¢ online on Free down to 2.9% + 30¢ on Pro, with lower in-person rates through the POS. It is a processing rate, not a percentage cut of your sales.
Is cash through the POS charged anything?
No. Card processing rates only apply to card and online orders. Cash taken through the POS is always fee-free.
Does Kohezn do payroll?
Time tracking and the time clock are built into every plan for free — clock in and out from the web or the POS register with a badge tap, run timecards, and approve hours. When you are ready to pay your team, two optional add-ons attach to any paid plan: Kohezn Payroll runs full-service payroll for employees and contractors straight from approved timecards with taxes withheld and filed for you, and Kohezn Contractor Payments handles simple 1099 contractor pay. Pricing for both is announced at launch.
What are AI credits?
Credits are how Kohezn's AI jobs are billed. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and each job — writing a description, upscaling art, suggesting a price — costs a set number of credits. Failed jobs are refunded automatically, so you only pay for work that finishes. See the AI page for the full list of what each job does and costs.
Can I migrate from Shopify, Square, or another platform?
Yes. The migration wizard imports your products, customers, and order history for you, so you are not starting from a blank store. Most shops are up and running the same day.
